The mind

Wellbeing for the mind includes intellectual, emotional, and social wellbeing (how we interrelate with other people) and is something that has a positive effect on the amount and quality of our thoughts and also of our feeling. It can e.g. bring calmness, clarity, awareness, insights, a sense of belonging, and an optimistic attitude.
